2. Products and Services

We sell stainless steel jewelry (gold or silver plated) and 925 pure Italian silver jewelry.
The material composition of each product is clearly specified in the product description.
Digital downloads, such as sizing guides, may be offered.
Customizations, repairs, and gift packaging are not available.

3. Orders and Payments

Payments are accepted via various secure online methods.
All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
Orders are subject to confirmation based on availability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is limited to addresses within the Philippines.
Standard delivery time is between 10 to 14 business days.
Courier tracking information is provided upon dispatch.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for:
- Incorrect items
- Damaged items
- Items not matching the product description
Non-returnable items include:
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Items without defects
- Items returned without original packaging and proof of purchase
Exchanges are currently not offered.

6. Warranty and Limitations

A 7-day limited warranty applies against manufacturing defects.
Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, tarnishing due to exposure to chemicals or water, and unauthorized modifications.
Our stainless steel jewelry is hypoallergenic. However, individual skin sensitivities vary, and we are not liable for allergic reactions.

We collect personal information to fulfill orders, improve services, and for marketing (with your consent).

Account creation is optional and used to enhance your shopping experience.
